The price and availability of products listed on our website are subject to change without notice, at our discretion. A product falling out of inventory during the processing of your order will be automatically refunded to you.

By providing us with your personal information (name, address, postal code, email, telephone number), you agree that Renée Lévesque Bijoux Mode may use this information to complete your online transactions, to communicate with you in the context of an order follow-up as well as with your consent in order to inform you of upcoming events and special offers that may be of interest to you by email.

Under no circumstances will these elements be disclosed in any way to a third party. For optimal security, no information concerning your credit card is stored in our computer systems.

The prices appearing on www.reneelevesque.ca are subject to change without notice and are not applicable in store, just as the prices in store are not applicable in the online store. All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars ($).
Returns
If you are not pleased with an item, you can return it to exchange it or get a refund. You can return these items by mail or go to the Renée Lévesque Bijoux Mode boutique. In order for the return to be accepted, the returned items must not, in any case, be damaged. When returning, we ask you to send us your order confirmation, your proof of purchase and the reason for which you wish to make a return or an exchange. We will be happy to refund or exchange your order within a reasonable time. In order to notify the store that you wish to exchange an item or obtain a refund, we ask that you contact us at info@reneelevesque.ca.
Your refund will be made using the same payment method you used when placing your order. Once the package is received, please allow approximately 10 business days for your refund to be processed. You will need to allow your bank a few days for processing. Refunds can be made within 15 days of purchase and exchanges within 30 days. Shipping charges and sales taxes on delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, not refundable by Renée Lévesque Bijoux Mode.
Items or shoes must still be labeled, unwashed and unworn in their original condition, if accompanied by the original packing slip, for the amount paid at the time of purchase. Otherwise, Renée Lévesque Bijoux Mode reserves the right not to exchange or refund a product that is not in its original condition.
*Note that sale items are final sale, so they cannot be refunded or exchanged.
For returns sent by mail, you must indicate the reason for the return and the quantity of items you wish to return. The packing slip receipt must be in your return package. Carefully pack the items to be returned in their original packaging, if possible. All shipping charges, including those incurred by returns, are non-refundable. We recommend that you ship your returns through a carrier with a tracking system. We are not responsible for packages lost and not received if they were shipped through a carrier that does not have a traceability system. For a return made by mail, it is important to have the postage required. Under no circumstances will we accept COD shipments.
Shipping and delivery
During your visit to www.reneelevesque.ca you will have the opportunity to make your purchases directly on the site. When paying for your order, you will be asked to choose from several delivery methods. Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery method selected. Before completing your order, you will be able to see the calculated delivery costs. It is important to take into consideration that items are usually processed within 1 or 2 business day(s) and that delivery times do not include processing time. For remote areas, please add 3-7 business days to the expected delivery date for each delivery method.
